Refund and Returns Policy

Not fully satisfied? Don’t sweat it.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
Certain items, like gift cards and digital products, cannot be returned.

If possible, please return items in the same condition they arrived, and in the original packaging.


Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email.

Refunds will be processed promptly. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Keep in mind that banks or credit card companies may take a few extra days to post the refund.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank or credit card account.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing delays are common.
  3. If you’ve done all this and still need assistance, email us at contact@upa.toys

Exchanges

If your item is damaged or defective, we may be able to offer an exchange or partial refund.
Some items are unique and cannot be exchanged.

Gifts

If your item was a gift, we’ll send you store credit for the value of the return once we receive the item. If the gift wasn’t marked as such, the refund will be issued to the person who purchased it.
