Sure, some of our pieces may look like tasty gummy candies, but they are in fact made of toxic plastics and are not edible! Keep away from small children.

Avoid damaging your Upa Toys

We make our products as durable as possible, but accidents still happen.

• Do not drop or mishandle the item.
• Keep away from heat sources like open flames or stovetops.
• Colors may change with prolonged exposure to UV light. Avoid leaving in areas of direct sunlight.

Cleaning your Upa Toys

If cleaning is required, use warm water and mild soap only. Use a soft cloth to dry. Do not use abrasives, alcohol-based cleaners, or any other chemical solvents.

All items are hand-made with extra love

Each item in our shop is lovingly crafted by hand and may have minor imperfections. We ensure the highest quality in the products we create, but every Upa Toy is still unique!

VAT and Import Fees

We ship worldwide from the European Union (EU), however we are not able to collect VAT or import fees during your purchase. If your country charges VAT or other import fees for goods imported from the EU, you may be asked to pay this separately to your country’s customs agency. Does not apply to customers from the EU or USA.
